Lindsay is a St. Louis based Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with over 13 years of experience helping people achieve their nutrition and health goals. Lindsay is also a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist and has lived with Type 1 Diabetes for over 25 years. Lindsay has worked in various roles including as an inpatient dietitian at multiple hospitals, doctor's offices, and providing virtual nutrition counseling. Lindsay believes that every person is unique and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition.

You can expect to discuss your nutrition and health goals, health history and current eating habits, likes and dislikes, etc. Lindsay will provide additional resources, practical strategies, and continued support to help you implement and maintain these changes effectively throughout your journey.

Lindsay enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, taking walks, exploring restaurants around town, experimenting with new recipes, and recently discovered a new found love for pickleball!
