
McKenzie is a Registered Dietitian with a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition from Montana State University. She completed her dietetic internship through Montana State University as well and currently practices in Montana. McKenzie uses an intuitive, mindful eating approach to help empower her clients to transform their mindset around food and fitness so that they can finally find their unique balance and build sustainable habits that improve their whole health. Knowing that the key to long-term success is sustainability, she works closely with her clients to design a nutrition and lifestyle plan that is customized to their individual needs and preferences. Outside of work, you can find McKenzie outside hiking, gardening, or biking, in the kitchen testing the latest Pinterest food trends, or spending time with family and friends.
