Stephanie Bostic (she/her) graduated from Cornell University with a doctorate in nutrition. Over her career, she is worked in nutrition research at Tufts and Harvard as well as with local community organizations providing nutrition-based outreach to her communities. These ranges from culinary education to diabetes prevention groups. Over the past five years, she has focused on providing high-quality, personalized nutrition counseling to people who experience eating disorders, disordered eating, food allergies, or gastrointestinal conditions. Some conditions she regularly sees include: Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, irritable bowel syndrome, chronic constipation, celiac disease, ulcerative colitis, GERD, gastroparesis (with and without enteral nutrition), small intestinal bacterial overgrowth/intestinal methanogen overgrowth, anorexia nervosa, binge eating disorder, and ARFID. Stephanie takes an evidence-based approach while also recognizing the limitations of the evidence available.In her spare time, she enjoys drawing, hiking, and keeping her adventurous dog from doing anything foolish.
