Adriana (MS, RD, LD) is a registered dietitian with nearly 5 years experience in the dietetic field. She has a passion for working with individuals who suffer from eating disorders, and she's previously worked with both inpatient and outpatient clientele at Laureate Eating Disorders Program in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Adriana has worked with individuals through all walks of life (12 year olds- 60+ year olds) and from many diverse backgrounds (such as young women from the Orthodox Jewish community). Adriana loves to include hands on experience into sessions whenever possible (ie. grocery shopping, cooking, etc.).

You'll find Adriana can be a compassionate jokester with a "tough love" approach. She's always on your side and wants you to be successful in life.

Your first session will primarily be spent "breaking the ice" and getting to know one another. Building rapport is crucial in a provider/client relationship. The focus will then shift into the following: 1.) Medical and nutritional history 2.) Lifestyle and eating habits 3.) Personal goals the dietitian may help you achieve 4.) And so on...
