April is a working parent and student who can relate to individuals with busy lives looking for realistic solutions.

She started her career in wellness as a massage therapist and esthetician and believes that health incorporates many aspects of general wellbeing including movement, sleep, stress reduction, and a positive connection with food. She will help you build a plan that takes into account your unique circumstances.

April will start by reviewing your health history, your general day-to-day schedule, and then mostly talk about food! She will ask about your food preferences and what you typically eat in a day.
