Erin Lawrence (RD, LD) has over 8 years of experience working in the dietetic field with a focus on chronic disease management and weight concerns from a non-diet, weight inclusive approach. Erin provides evidence-based nutrition science with a compassionate approach to counseling patients to deliver health outcomes and improve their day-to-day lives.

Erin is committed to enhancing patients' overall health by applying non-diet approaches to food, utilizing intuitive and conscious eating principles, and taking an inclusive perspective on weight. Erin's main priority is to help her patient's create sustainable behavior changes that they can implement into their daily lives for the long term.
What to expect in your first session with Erin?
In your first session together, Erin will spend time getting to know you and conducting a thorough nutrition assessment. During this time, you will discuss your medical history, medication/supplement use, lab work, hydration/nutrition status, in addition to other topics the RD sees relevant. Together, you will set individualized short- and long- term goals, to work towards creating sustainable habits.

When would you like to meet with Erin?
Initial appointments are 55 mins and done over Zoom.
Erin earned her BS in Dietetics at Bowling Green State University and completed her dietetic internship at Bluffton University. Erin began her career as an outpatient dietitian at a diabetes clinic. She also worked as an outpatient dietitian at a cardiac rehab and eventually moving on to being the dietitian at an inpatient rehabilitation hospital specializing in strokes, brain injuries and cardiac rehab.
She grew up in and still resides in Northwest Ohio with her family. In her free time, Erin enjoys being outside with her kids swimming, going to parks and enjoying nature. She loves activities that elevate her heart and increase her strength. Erin also enjoys trying new foods and finding new restaurants when she travels.
