Jeani works with women to balance hormones naturally and heal symptoms like irregular, painful periods, fatigue, brain fog and unexplained weight gain. She loves working with clients who struggle with hormonal symptoms and are looking for an evidence-based approach to treatment. She also particularly enjoys helping folks have healthy pregnancies. She holds a Master’s degree in Nutritional Science from the University of Washington. When she’s not talking about, thinking about or eating good food, she’s flying high in the air as an aerial circus artist or cooking and going on adventures with her husband, toddler and dog.
Approach to care
Jeani helps you find joy and pleasure in foods that serve you and help you achieve hormone health naturally. She will help you find ways to add in healthy foods that fit your preferences, lifestyle and time constraints in a culturally sensitive manner. Jeani takes a non-restrictive, weight inclusive approach to hormone health and believes everyone can all eventually practice intuitive eating once you know how to support your body's needs.
