Katherine
Katherine Catolico, RDN, LDN, CDCES is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care Education Specialist with more than 23 years' experience. Katherine has a background in general nutrition as well as weight management which enables her to partner with her clients to make healthy lifestyle changes that can be maintained for a lifetime. Having experience and passion for her field is her motivation to be a Dietitian, but as a mother of 3 daughters, she knows how important it is to raise a healthy family.
Approach to care
Katherine approaches her sessions with a genuine interest in partnering with her clients. Providing care that is respectful of, and responsive to, individual client preferences, needs and values.
