Libby Hill

Libby worked in clinical trial research, which quickly taught her that her passion is in prevention and counseling toward therapeutic lifestyle changes, and has been helping others find a better relationship with food and their bodies since. While her primary focus is disordered eating, she also has a special interest in helping neurodivergent individuals, and anyone with medical conditions or allergies that limit their diets. She strives to be the most inclusive practitioner possible and provide a safe space for people of all genders and gender identities, races, religions, and sexual orientations.

Libby is a curious counselor with a creative mind! She always seeks to understand her patient's motivations, barriers, and goals so that care is unique and personalized to the individual. Libby is compassionate, and approaches patient concerns with empathy, understanding, validation, and support.

In our first session we will talk about your history, goals, priorities, and concerns so that I can understand what is most important to you, and start developing a plan to achieve those goals in a sustainable way.
