Morgan Jutras

Morgan is a Registered Dietitian, and 200-hour RYT yoga instructor. She has experience in multiple areas of clinical dietetics and dialysis care. When she is not wearing the RD hat, you can find her teaching or attending yoga, doing something fun and active outside, reading, or trying out a new recipe in the kitchen! She finds joy in learning how to make meals that are quick, easy, crock-pot-able, freezeable, and nutritious!

Morgan is passionate about providing weight-neutral care and making health and nutrition habits sustainable for you. Being a Health At Every Size (HAES) provider means that she believes weight is not the determinant for health, and your health is far more involved than just your weight! This approach makes room for other facets of health at the (proverbial) table. Morgan will provide compassionate care and empathy, while emphasizing nutrition expertise and evidence-based approach to interventions. She aims to help you understand the why behind recommendations, not just give you a "to-do" list so you are empowered and confident in your nutrition and wellness choices.

Morgan wants to get to know you first and foremost! You are a whole person outside of your nutrition goals and struggles. She will take time to understand and explore diet/weight history, family history, current habits surrounding sleep, eating, work, stress, hydration, and exercising. She will provide evidenced-based insight, and together you can expect to start creating an individualized nutrition plan that keeps your health and wellness priorities at the forefront of your goals. While she is here to help you in this, you are ultimately the driver of change!
