Morgan is a Registered Dietitian, and 200-hour RYT yoga instructor. She has experience in multiple areas of clinical dietetics and dialysis care. She is most passionate about making health and nutrition habits sustainable for you - whatever that looks like in your everyday life. There are so many joyful experiences in life - food should be part of those! Morgan will focus on meeting you where you're at and creating small, measurable and attainable goals.

Morgan practices from health-at-every-size roots, and believes nutrition-related goals are just part of the overall picture. Sleep, stress management, lifestyle, and work (to name a few) all factor into your health and nutrition! It is so important to Morgan that you feel heard and supported throughout your journey together. Morgan will provide compassionate care and empathy while emphasizing nutrition expertise and evidence-based approach to interventions and nutrition care.
What to expect in your first session with Morgan?
Morgan will ask a lot of questions during your first session, she wants to get to know you first and foremost! Morgan will take time to understand diet history, family dynamic, current habits surrounding: sleep, eating, work, stress, and exercising. She will provide evidenced-based insight, and together you can expect to create an individualized nutrition plan moving forward.
