I'm a current patient and I cannot access the patient portal, why am I not receiving the code?

When you are trying to enter the code, you need to make sure you do not close out the window which has the text box to enter your code. When you close out of the window, it resets the code and the entire login process (sometimes many times in a row). When you get to the page where it asks you to enter your code, open another tab to access your email inbox, and make sure to not close out of the window containing the code box. Then, copy and paste the code from your email into the open text box asking you for the code.
