His background as a registered dietitian, trained chef, and certified personal trainer enables him to support individuals of all ages with personalized approaches to embracing healthier lifestyles to manage various conditions and needs. By customizing approaches to cooking, nutrition, and movement John has helped hundreds achieve health goals and sustain their accomplishments.
