The Nourish referral program allows current members to share Nourish with friends and family - members who refer others reach their health goals 27% faster!

How to Refer

Find your unique referral link in the Nourish mobile app and share it via text, email, or social media. Note: Referred individuals must have their own insurance coverage for nutrition services.

Prepaid Gift Cards

Eligible members may receive a $15-$50 prepaid gift card to support your diet and nutrition journey, when their referral completes their first Nourish appointment. The amount you are eligible for will be displayed in your Nourish mobile app. In all cases, the following terms apply:

  • Both you and your referral must have completed at least one Nourish appointment to qualify for a prepaid gift card
  • Each member may receive a maximum of $75 in gift cards per calendar year
  • Medicare and Medicaid members are ineligible for prepaid gift cards
  • Gift card will be issued to a selection of grocery, meal kit, and food delivery merchants, and cannot be requested as cash or cash equivalent.
