What happens if my claims have a copay or coinsurance?
The vast majority of our patients don’t pay anything for Nourish’s services!
The Nourish Guarantee is our commitment to providing a no-surprise billing experience for you. Specifically, if your appointment does have a copay or coinsurance, you will not be charged more than your estimate (calculated here) for any appointments you have until we learn your real cost.
Once we learn your confirmed copay or coinsurance from your insurance:
- You will be immediately notified over email.
- For any appointments you've already had: We'll charge you the estimate amount (if the real cost is higher) or the real cost (if the real cost is lower than the estimate). Your credit card will be charged after 24 hours and you will receive an invoice over email.
- For future appointments thereafter: You will be charged the full copay or coinsurance. Your credit card will be auto-charged for these future appointments and you will receive invoices over email.
