Overview
Blair Kott works as an outpatient dietitian for Nourish where she specializes in heart health, disordered eating, emotional eating, general wellness, and diabetes.
Blair is passionate about helping others return to their innermost being and reconnect with their bodies and food. She takes a non-diet/intuitive eating approach to care and provides compassionate care to all of her clients. Her ultimate goal is to provide her clients with the knowledge and tools they need to live their healthiest lives.
