Christine Russell, MS, RD, LD, CDCES
My love for Nourish began with their non-diet, weight-inclusive approach to helping clients improve their relationship with food and to stop dieting for good. Together, we can help others learn how to let go of diet culture, heal their relationship with food, and start to love and accept their bodies.
