This is a journey we work on together. We want you to feel seen and taken care of along the journey, and with our highly individualized process we’ll make sure you can see a clear path for your healing.

It’s important you see the progress you’re making and we know that sometimes it’s hard to see how far you’ve come. We have worked in regular touch points for reflection, celebration, and planning next steps so you always know where you’ve been, where you’re at and where you’re heading.

When you slow down and notice patterns, the recovery healing process can feel like it’s working. Mindfulness is a core tenant to our process and will play an integral role in your healing. To center ourselves and foster mindfulness, we incorporate brief practices in sessions that you can easily work into your life.

Outside of sessions with your dietitian can be when the journey might hit a rough patch. If you'd like extra support outside of your sessions, we have several options to help you continue your journey.
