Portion size is important when it comes to maintaining, gaining, and losing weight. If you eat too little, you are depriving your body of nutrients; if you eat too much, you may ingest too much calories and gain weight.

When eating packaged foods, we can look on the product’s Nutrition Facts label to determine a serving size. Sometimes the appropriate portion size of food can be hard to determine
